Jodi Evans Yoga is located in West London, (Ruislip, Ickenham, Hillingdon, Uxbridge and surrounding areas). With a variety of public, private and corporate classes on offer, Jodi also runs regular workshops and retreats, monthly group meditations, yoga in schools and for children with special needs, and is this year, teaching the first BWYQ level 3 award in Introductory Yoga Studies. The way we feel changes everything and Yoga, quite simply, makes us feel good. Surviving millennia, this potent practice has an almost magical effect on the body, mind and heart, awarding an oasis of clam in our, all too often, busy and stressful lives. With just one practice, especially the end relaxation, we encounter a feeling of inner peace, of joy. A moment when we re-connect with our true nature. We strengthen we energise and we relax. With regularity, yoga becomes a powerful transformative practice that enables us to be more receptive. We develop a deep inner listening, a skill in action and we find this subtle sense of feeling good begins to ripple into all areas of life, enhancing our enthusiasm for life, giving us a stronger sense of who we are and what will serve us in becoming a more evolved version of ourselves.
