About Jodi Evans

Jodi has been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teaching as a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher for the past 10. Having initially trained with Lesley Isaacson, Jodi has taken further studies and practiced with several internationally renowned teachers such as Donna Farhi, Jason Crandell, Sarah Powers, Bridget Woods Kramer, Kathryn Budig, Tara Judelle and Jo Manuel. Jodi also trained as a Meditation teacher with Sally Kempton and is currently undertaking her second Para Yoga Master Training with Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Drawing from the wisdom of all her teachers and a dedicated personal practice forms the foundation of Jodi ’s teaching. Inspired by the ancient philosophies of yoga and ayurveda, Jodi is committed to teaching and empowering others on their journey of self discovery.

IMG_8169about-jPassionate about sharing a complete yoga practice with students, Jodi’s classes and workshops aim to skilfully weave the deeper teachings and practices of yoga into the more common asana practices in order to positively impact each individuals experience, opening them to a deeper level of awareness and transformation both on and off the yoga mat.

Jodi teaches with a compassionate and light hearted attitude, encouraging students to practice within their current abilities and make their practice their own.  It is her intention to create a safe and nurturing group energy and a community where each individual feels supported and may realise the infinite power within as that which connects us all.


Jodi teaches regular classes, private tuition, corporate classes, yoga for children with special needs, yoga for the mind, mindfulness in schools, meditation and runs regular workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad.  It is Jodi’s greatest honour to be able to share this ancient, empowering and joyful practice with you, encouraging an expansion into the fullness of life.
