Yoga workshops offer the opportunity to greater understand and move deeper into a particular pose, group of postures, or explore a specific area of yoga philosophy in more depth. More emphasis on alignment and technique is given, there is more time to express personal experience and ask questions, and more one on one attention and partner work can help us to experience break through moments or simply iron out bad habits. The most wonderful thing about a yoga workshop is finding and developing the connections between the different aspects of yoga and actually experiencing how one aspect enhances the transformative qualities of another.

We all want to spend more time in the joy of being! Join me for an efficient yet powerful practice of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, (deep relaxation) to guide you through the different layers of being and access the boundless reservoir of bliss that is our true nature.
In this workshop you will be introduced to the Panca Maya Chant, an ancient teaching formulated to impact the Koshas, (the 5 layers of being that make up the whole Self). We will weave the chant through our practice in order to more powerfully connect and impact these layers, (physical, energetic, mental, wisdom and Bliss). This complete practice will begin with a strong, steady flow to become established in the body, then introduce pranayama and bandha with a more dynamic element to raise the energy. We will then move to a more restorative series to prepare for the culmination of practice in deep and effortless relaxation and meditation, leaving us established in our body of bliss.
